How Implementation Studio handles your information
This page explains what we collect through the public website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Implementation Studio collects information submitted through two public forms: the Contact form and the Request Access (intake) form. The Contact page can prepare an email containing your name, email address, organization, and message. That information is sent only if you choose to send the prepared email in your email app. The Request Access form collects your name, email address, company, role, team size, focus areas, project timeline, and any additional details you include in your message. We do not use tracking cookies on the public website. Standard server logs may record IP addresses and browser information for security and operational purposes, retained for a limited period.
How we use submitted information
Information you send by email from the Contact page is used to respond to your inquiry. Information submitted through the Request Access form is used to evaluate whether Implementation Studio is a fit for your organization, to configure your workspace if access is granted, and to communicate with you about your request. We do not sell submitted information to third parties. We do not use submitted information for advertising.
Sharing with service providers
To operate the platform and respond to submissions, we rely on service providers that process data on our behalf, for example email delivery, hosting, and analytics. These providers process data under appropriate agreements and only to deliver the services we require. We do not share submitted information with any other third parties except as required by law.
Data retention
Contact and Request Access submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if access is granted, to support your use of the platform. If access is not granted, submissions are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your submission at any time (see below).
Security limitations
We take reasonable measures to protect submitted information using industry-standard practices. However, no system can guarantee complete security. We do not represent or warrant that the platform is impervious to unauthorized access, and we encourage you to avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information through the public forms.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted through the public forms. To make any of these requests, contact us through the Contact page and include the email address you used in your submission. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
